Please contact us via e-mail or call 650.355.4640 to let us know what item(s) you would like to purchase.

We will discuss and finalize your order, schedule a delivery date, and choose a shipping option that works best for you.

Once your order has been finalized, we will send you a confirmation e-mail for your approval with the total price including applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. At that time, we will discuss your method of prepayment.
 


DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER?

If we made a mistake on your order, a refund, a credit, or an exchange (your choice) will be given and returns will be accepted for the following situations:

♦  If we sent you the wrong items;
♦  If the items are defective; or
♦  If the items have been damaged during shipping.

You must contact us via e-mail or call 650.355.4640 within 5 business days after you have received the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise in order to receive the refund, credit, or exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise to us. Once we receive the returned items, we will send you the return address and issue a refund, a credit, or an exchange, excluding the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
