Immaculate, beautiful, and tasty would be my description of the Chibi Qingzhuan Tea facility. I learned more about “all the tea in China” than I ever thought possible. More than that, I learned to love the culture of tea, how it intertwines with life and joins people together. We sat for a “tea break,” and on the table before me was a place setting—so elegant, so perfect in line and symmetry, and at the same time both humble yet aspiring.
